Refunds and Return's
60 Days Return Policy
- You must have to use the product for at least 30days after that you will be applicable for return policy.
- 60 Days return policy only applies if the customer followed our recommended use recipes, the recommended usage is at least 30 days, if you’re not satisfied with the product after 30 days of recommended usage a return can be processed.
- All NON-DEFECTIVE product return requests must be made within 10 days of receival and will be subject to a 25% disposal handling fee. For safety reasons we do not refund or exchange if the product has been used.
- We can only replace product if it is defective or damaged during shipping or a package’s defect.
- Will not be replaced or exchanged if damage to the product caused by impact or crushing, whether intentional or accidental.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/delayed shipments.
- payment is refunded within 5 to 8 days. when we get the item backed.
- If the customer not collect the item and item return to us and if client want the item again. then client must have to pay the 15USD again. this is shipping and packing services fee. and if the user want the refund then user get only 75% refund.
